We collect data through your interaction with INK and this website. Personal data collected consists of your email, IP address, MAC address, version of INK being used, last access date, and interactions with the database. When sending a bug report through INK, extra information pertaining your machine configurations are included, such as the OS, motherboard, processor, and video display information.

Our email communications and bug reporting features are sent using SendGrid by Twilio. We do not provide any information to SendGrid about your data. Your email address and content of the email are the only data provided to the SendGrid service. When visiting and logging into this website a cookie (small text file) is stored on your device with data. This data will be retrieved by webserver hosting this website for security and authentication. Similar small text files are stored on your device when using INK. These files are used for storing authentication data as well as application settings and preferences. Files created by INK are not downloaded or collected by us as they are stored on your machine.
Many web browsers include a “do not track” feature to inform websites to not track your activity. Currently, we do not respond to the browser “do not track” signal. We do not provide a way to opt-out of data collection as it is required for proper functioning and security.
